(1) Government of Nepal, state and local levels shall prepare an estimated statement of public expenditure on matters within their respective jurisdictions in each financial year.
(2) While preparing the statement as per sub-section (1), the amount required for current expenditure, capital expenditure and financial arrangements shall also be allocated.
